What we collect

When you request a car we ask for your name, phone number and, optionally, email, plus the rental details: dates, pickup and return points, the car and the extras you chose. Notes you add to the request are stored with it.

If you sign in with Google we receive your name, email and Google account id. If you sign in with an email code, we store the email and the codes we send you for a short time.

The site keeps a language cookie and, when you are signed in, a session cookie. We do not use advertising trackers.

Why we use it

To confirm and fulfil your booking: we call or message you on the number you gave, prepare the car and the rental agreement, and contact you about the rental while it lasts.

To show your bookings in your account and to send booking confirmations and sign-in codes by email.

To keep basic records required by Georgian law for car rental and accounting.

Who sees it

Our team handling bookings and pickups. New requests are also sent to our internal messenger channel so we can react quickly.

Service providers that run the site: hosting, database, email delivery, and Google when you choose Google sign-in. They process the data only to provide the service to us.

We do not sell or share your data with advertisers. We disclose it to authorities only when the law requires it, for example after a traffic fine or an accident.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for as long as accounting rules require, then deleted or anonymised. Account data is kept while the account exists. Sign-in codes expire within minutes and are removed after use.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal data, or to close your account, at any time. Write to the email address in the footer of the site and we will do it within a reasonable time, unless we must keep a record by law.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with the date of the update.
