Porsche Boxster
Premium · 2014 · from $120 / day
About this car
Rent the Porsche Boxster 2014 for the drive itself: the road from Tbilisi to Kazbegi with the roof down, the serpentine above Gudauri, the coast south of Batumi at sunset. It is the 981 generation, mid-engined and balanced, in dark blue with a tan leather interior, and it turns heads without trying.
Two seats, two doors and two boots, front and rear, that between them take one large bag and a couple of soft ones. The 2.7 litre flat-six with the PDK automatic uses around 8.5 litres per 100 km when driven gently, which nobody does for long. Rear-wheel drive and a low nose: it belongs on asphalt, the mountain gravel is for our Subarus.
